Aligning employees with change management strategy at a global retailer

C&A is one of Europe’s leading fashion retailers, employing 35,000 people on the continent. Founded in the Netherlands in 1841, C&A operates 1,575 stores across Europe and is headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, and Dusseldorf, Germany.


THE CHALLENGE

With such a geographically diverse workforce, communicating important messages about the company’s ambitious corporate strategy is no easy task. So C&A’s Director Corporate Communications enlisted the help of SE10 to create a single communication channel in the shape of an employee magazine – C&A Today.


THE SOLUTION

SE10’s team of journalists interview stakeholders within the business to produce strategy-related content in a series of interesting and engaging articles. Its team of graphic designers then give the magazine an appealing look that is aligned with the company’s branding guidelines, and create easy-to-digest infographics that deliver snapshots of information. The internal magazine is also available in video format, which SE10’s team of expert writers draft the script for.
