Rolls-Royce is a pre-eminent engineering company focused on world-class power and propulsion systems. The Rolls-Royce Group is organised into five customer-facing businesses: civil aerospace, defence aerospace, power systems, marine, and nuclear.

In 2012, Rolls-Royce opened a campus in Singapore, which, for the first time, allowed the company to produce its Wide Chord Fan Blades and assemble and test large commercial jet engines outside its traditional home facilities in the UK. As the business has expanded and become increasingly diverse, the importance of communicating effectively to its Asia-Pacific teams grows in importance.

BUILDING EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

In 2015, SE10 was engaged to support a region-wide internal communications program to support the company’s facilities in Singapore, China and India. The work involves content creation and editing, as well as formatting in Rolls-Royce’s digital content management system.

SE10’s expertise and experience in technical markets coupled with a strong understanding of global business makes us ideally placed to support this fast-paced and evolving employee communications programme. Our editorial team provides content to the programme in both English and Chinese.
